Pale-medium red. Pretty aromas of red fruits, faded rose and brown spices. Silky, smooth and laid-back, with sneaky intensity of flavor and a distinctly juicy character. Not at all a blockbuster but fuller than the preceding premier crus. A rather feminine grand cru with very good subtle persistence.
